About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and experienced School ERP Implementation Specialist to onboard partner schools, train principals, teachers, and accountants, and ensure smooth data migration.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site and remote training workshops for school administrators, teachers, and fee counters.
- Oversee student, fee master, and staff data migration from legacy systems into School Axis.
- Act as the primary customer success liaison during the 60-day launch period.
- Collaborate with the product engineering team to report client feedback and feature requests.
Qualifications & Core Requirements
- Proven experience in EdTech software onboarding or school administration support.
- Strong presentation, customer relationship, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of school operational workflows (Fees, Admissions, Report Cards).
- Proficiency in Hindi and English communication.
