1. Information We Collect

School Axis ("we", "our", "platform") collects institutional information necessary for the functioning of our School ERP software. This includes school details, administrative contacts, authorized staff accounts, student demographic information, fee payment records, and attendance data provided directly by the client institution.

2. Student & Financial Data Protection

Student records and fee transactions remain the sole property of the client institution. We do not sell, rent, or monetize student or institutional data to third-party advertisers. All databases are isolated, encrypted at rest using AES-256 standards, and transmitted via TLS 1.3 encryption.

3. Job Applicant Data

When candidates apply for open vacancies via our Careers portal, resume files (PDF format) and optional candidate photographs are securely stored on dedicated storage disks solely for recruitment evaluation by our HR team.
